Blended Learning Wiki

The purpose of this wiki is to provide a place to define "blended" (or hybrid) learning.  Since the inception of online learning in roughly 2000, it is only natural that a combination of face-to-face learning and online learning would emerge.  However, in order to research the effectiveness of blended learning, a common definition is needed.  This wiki is open, so please do add in your categories and thoughts to lead towards a common understanding of "blended learning."
